The Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ) has commenced her first semester examinations  for 2015/2016 session which started earlier today excluding the late resumers of the students of National Diploma two (ND2) due to their Internship.
according to a blogger obatobi "they were not granted access to write exams due to late attendance".
